Services to be performed by ShapeMyCredit: 

1. Step one: Obtain CPN number [1-2 Business days].
2. Step two [Optional]: TRI-Merged, verified and working + printed report [1-2 Business days].
3. Step three [Optional]: Attach / Post ONE OR TWO Top Quality authorized user tradelines to the profile to trigger a 720+ FICO Score. [30-60 Business days].
4. Step four [Optional]: Apply for 2-3 credit cards on behalf of customer for a backend % “broker finder’s” fee [Separate “Financial Application Agreement” needed to be sign to active this step].

Total Service Fee: $299

1. Step one: $299 [CPN number]
2. Step two: $299 [Tri-Merge]
3. Optional Step three: One Tradeline: $1649 - $499 = 1150 OR Two Tradelines: $1849 – $499 = $1350 [Full payment need to be done]
4. Optional Step four: 15% broker a finder’s fee

• Customer acknowledges that a full payment of “broker finder’s” fee of the amount of the total financing obtained shall be due and payable within 48 hours upon receipt of funds. Example: If Customer receive $5,000 credit line payment of 15% broker’s find fee will be $750)
• Step 2 can be paid by Wire Transfer / Personal Check / Cash.
• Step 3 can be paid by Wire Transfer / Personal Check / Cash and Credit Cards.
• Customer acknowledges that full payment needs be made before each step is done [beside step three]. 

Terms & Notes:

• After your brand new second chance credit file is established, validated, Tri-merged on all three credit bureaus, and trade line(s) ordered, you will be on your way to a perfected credit profile.
• Customer acknowledges that they never before used any of the UNIQUE information listed above for any credit purposes before. [Reused information can damage and merge the profile. client is responsible].
• Customer acknowledges that by signing this form you are authorizing ShapeMyCredit and all of its affiliates herein known as “ShapeMyCredit” to have limited power of attorney in all credit matters needed to complete the work order.
• Customer acknowledges that by committing to STEP THREE [Tradeline program] he will get authorized user tradelines which effect the FICO score by showing card holders good credit standing, history and age.
• Customer acknowledges that authorized tradelines will be posted for a limited time of minimum 30 days guaranty and he doesn’t have the right to use accounts or there credit lines.
• Customer acknowledges that In the event which the STEP TWO isn’t completed in the timeframe above, ShapeMyCredit will have extra 10 business days to complete the work order.
• Customer acknowledges that In the event which the STEP THREE tradelines do not post in the timeframe above, ShapeMyCredit have the right to repost them with the next available dates to complete the work order and the time frame will be extended with extra 90 business days.
• Customer acknowledges that there is no guarantee that his STEP FOUR application will be successfully placed or that a commitment will be issued by the lender or credit cards companies. And that ShapeMyCredit is an Independent Financial Consultant and is not authorized to make any financial commitments on their behalf. Customer acknowledges that he fully responsible for paying off his debts in full and making loan payments on time.
• ShapeMyCredit acknowledges that if for some very rare reason any of the extended timeframe above isn’t completed the customer has the right to request & receive a full refund which will be issued within a maximum of 15 business days after receipt of the notice of cancellation.
